Celebrating Apollo

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Apollo 11, the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation will be hosting multi-day events highlighting one of the most memorable moments in history – man's first steps on the Moon – and the exploration efforts that followed bringing the United States towards today's deep space exploration.

Our multi-day events have something for everyone. Our intent was to provide a great time for the entire community to enjoy and celebrate our space program and the accomplishments of our past that have paved the path for the future. We look forward to sharing these special events with our nation's heroes and you!

  Astronaut Golf Tournament
  Join us as we celebrate the first man to play golf on the moon, Alan Shepard. Take a shot with his replica club and join other national heroes as we hit the virtual links.

  Astronaut Walking Pub Crawl
  Join some astronauts as we visit local spots in Cocoa Village and sample a few libations at each venue. Dress in your favorite space outfit and win a prize for the Best Space Dressed.

  See our heroes as they ride through the City of Cocoa Beach on convertible Corvettes.
