cS'ers in NYC this week for New Years have a bit of a space bonus to attend at Garden City, Long Island (thru the 30th). The Cradle of Aviation Museum is in the middle of "Moon Madness Week," featuring Magnificent Desolation. They have a scroll about it on top of their page. They will also have Roving Mars on January 27th. Apollo fans would hope other musuems would do such promotions, amidst the growing interest in a return to the moon.
http://www.cradleofaviation.org/main.html This line is intriguing: "as you travel through our Space Gallery and talk with the men and women who worked on the Apollo Space program." I wonder if any visitors there know if the museum has many special Grumman items, with Grumman's operation being nearby. I didn't get to post a holiday greeting. Here's wishing a very beautiful C'hannukah, a Happy New Year, and wonderful holiday season.
