Union warns NASA not to continue with non-union workers on New Horizons Pluto-bound craft .

In the past - in UK - striking unions have allowed some members to continue on critical work. I think US Union should do the same for this mission.

I would have taken a different view if it was run-of-the-mill ,can-launch-anytime type of work but I think the Pluto mission deserves a review by the Union.

I was at the South Gate of Cape Canaveral the other day and the Boeing staff have a picket line there. If you have to picket anywhere, it is one of the most idyllic spots to be standing around in all day!
