I've kinda grewn up with that sounding rocket. It was Bristol Aerojet (later absorbed into BAe) who made it work. I remember those early ads for it showing it on the back of a Bedford truck in its launch position with its guide tower.
This ad was on the covers of the BIS Spaceflight magazine for many years.

On a BIS visit to Westcott - many many years ago - they ahd some raven motors on site .
Unfortunately - as it was a government site with restricted security clearance cameras were not allowed.
