John Young flew the first shuttle flight. Has anyone heard any reaction from him since the accident last week? |

I spoke with John a few days ago and he is pretty down about the loss of the people and vehicle with which he has had such a long relationship. He is a friend of all things space related who deserves our utmost respect - especially at this time.------------------

Same for me! What a great American. I have an extra unsigned portrait litho he was kind enough to send me hanging right in front of me here in my office. Thank you John for all you have done for us.
