flyboycn2007 New Member Posts: 8 From: china Registered: Aug 2016	posted 02-20-2019 06:47 AM I collected two covers and found that the postmark molds were arranged in different order within 10 days before and after. About 1981, one was on the top and the other was on the bottom. How did this happen? Can someone tell me more information? Thanks!
yeknom-ecaps Member Posts: 660 From: Northville MI USA Registered: Aug 2005	posted 02-21-2019 05:41 PM My guess is that the date/time slug portion of the cancel is interchangeable like they are on a hand cancel so a person could have switched them, or... There were multiple cancels at Edwards and the one cancel was replaced with the other, or... Edwards had two machine cancel devices and switched from using one to the other.
