Found among a dozen Wallops Island covers on eBay...

Most Wallops Island covers are of little interest in telling the conquest of space. Here is a nice one.

Nice find David! Hope it passes the Riser test.

Agree with Eddie, a number of Riser Wallops covers exist, and as we know Riser added "signatures" to many of his covers.

Nice finding David.

Even if they are Riser fakes, they are collectibles for informational purposes.

I was wondering about Riser. The Hudson seems a little atypical. All I can tell you is there is no POD "secret" mark.

Since I am not one of the Ancient Ones who have been fortunate to find Lake Champlain covers in the dollar box I feel a need to gloat. A few days later for $15 eBay sent four covers — two MA-1, an MS-1, and one I thought would be an MR-BD (cachet on the 24th) but the PAFB cancel was the next day. Not the best looking but good dates.
