It was spotted in a photo of an Orion capsule engineering test as one of the patches on a modified ACES (MACES) suit:

It is now available to buy from their website. This 4" x 4" patch has a 2015 SKU patch design number 243052A. This re-issued JSC Engineering patch dose have embedded labels on the backs of them, the details are as follows; 243052 Made In USA 02/09 (February 9th 2015) Sample from Original batch (on an old style white label) 243052 Made In USA 01/23 20 (on an old style white label) 243052 A-B Emblem Made In USA 01/23 20 (on a new style Crown Logo label)
