Author Topic:   No Beta Patches on Apollo 12 and 15 Michael Davis Member Posts: 305 From: Houston, Texas Registered: Aug 2002 posted November 26, 2008 12:08 PM                I learned recently that no flown beta patches are available for Apollo 12 and 15. Does anyone know the history of this? Given that beta patches were flown in PPK's by previous crews and on missions in between, why were only cloth mission patches carried on those particular missions?
