In addition to its popular 1:100 scale flying model of the moon rocket, Estes is introducing a new 1:200 scale Saturn V that is ready to fly and for display.
The 2160 Saturn V rocket comes almost ready to fly out of the box and includes a display stand to celebrate the historic 50th anniversary of the moon landing!

Nice addition to their scale rockets line; just ordered mine on discount from AC Supply for "early April" delivery. Will most likely keep in mint in the box for display.

I picked up two of the Estes new 1/200 Saturn V models, one to keep and one to fly. Has anyone flown one yet?

I have received both the the 1:100 scale and 1:200 scale Saturn V's. I have not built the 1:100 scale model yet, but the ready to fly 1:200 scale model is very nice, and you can order a very nice Saturn V poster as a bonus.
I have been building Estes Rockets since 1966 and they have very nice kits, I’m sure the 1:100 scale Saturn V will look beautiful when built.
