Is there a method, website, or other means to determine the scale to build models?

I've been thinking about building a R-29 (SS-N-18) submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM) for a while now. Would it be easier to buy parts from Estes to get the nose cone as closely as to the actual? Thanks again!

All times are CT (US)
