I am trying to find the person who owns Gene Cernan's Apollo 17 lunar module Garland pencil and sent me this note. I cannot make out the signature. Any help is appreciated!

I can't tell by the signature either, but I always thought it was NASA.

I do not know who owns the pencil now, but I have the same letter, it came from James F. Ruddy who was a member here.

Ricky, Jim has passed away. Before he did, he sold his collection to a private collector.

Do you need any more information? If so, please email me directly.
