Topic: Help identifying astronaut's blue cloth cap

Does anyone recognize this blue cloth cap? It comes from an astronaut's collection and could be associated with the Apollo, Skylab or space shuttle programs.
I was thinking it might be a comfort cap for under a helmet or possibly a clean room cap, but have not found any photos to match.

It could be a T-38 helmet skull cap.

Looks like a generic aviation skull cap.

Thanks! I was able to use that info to find some photos online of other pilot skull caps that were a close match.
