Does anyone out there are either a US or Russian tether? A movie company is looking to borrow one for a movie. Please let me know.

If a replica/prop will suffice, you might recommend Global Effects. I don't know for certain if they have a tether, but given their extensive inventory, it is a good chance they do.

Retain this example (others also in circulation) but production companies have such a bad track record loosing, modifying/damaging and non-returning items not inclined to do any more loans:
