Anybody know anything about this lucite? Who made? When? How many? Provenance (COA)?

It's quite nicely done. Sandwiched between two 1/2" blocks of lucite is a printed sheet of mylar along with the piece of Kapton. Any help would be appreciated.

These were made and sold on eBay back in 2011-2012, for Apollo 7 through Apollo 10.

Here is the description from the listings:

Flown Foils are guaranteed genuine and collected by Jerald B. Wilken and offered by the Wilken Family. Jerry Wilken worked for Space Division of NORTH AMERICAN ROCKWELL CORP. Starting in 1962 as an Associate Test Engineer and from 1967 to 1969 was assigned as test conductor for Apollo Post Flight Operations.

Certified Limited Edition Foil Displays designed and created by hand by Robert Wilken. Certification of Authenticity from the Wilken family will accompany item.

Not sure how many were produced, maybe the COA had that information. According to the listings there was one "prototype" made per mission which had the largest slice of foil (example of prototype) and mentions it had a different screw/post design holding the lucite together.

Don't know of this helps at all, but I have the Apollo 8 version of this. It is #15 of 20 made. If I remember correctly, they all had about the same number of pieces made.
