Has there ever been recovery of a piece of a flown Saturn V?

I ask because one piece of flown hardware Lucite I'd love to have is one with a piece of a flown Saturn V, either test vehicle or manned mission.

The F-1 engine parts recovered from the ocean floor come to mind.

All times are CT (US)
