Trying to solve a mystery and was hoping someone with technical leanings could verify for me once and for all:
Did each astronaut's couch arm in the Skylab command modules have a rotational hand controller? I know the commander and pilot did but am trying to determine if the science pilot's couch arm had one as well to be used if in need of a back-up. I'm receiving conflicting information on this point and would like clarity if possible.
Long story... but solving this will help me identify the origin of an RHC currently in my possession. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me sort this out!!

I always thought that the Skylab CMs were the same design as the previous ones, with the exception being the Skylab rescue CM.

From the "Skylab Spacecraft News Reference" on page 41:
The rotation and translation controllers used for attitude, thrust vector, and translation maneuvers are located on the arms of two crew couches.
