I've noticed a few of these Apollo 10 film presentations pop up at auction recently (e.g. RR Auction lot 6354 in the April 2016 sale), but I'm not familiar with them. The slides are labelled with a particular Magazine and then Frame Number, but I can't find either referenced on the Apollo 10 Stowage List. Am I overlooking something?

The Apollo 10 film magazines are presented online here. The particular frames from the example can be seen here: Magazine T, 33-4959 and Magazine R, 31-4642.The stowage list identifies the nine magazines as two groups, both identified as item A 108 for launch. Six were stowed in locker A8 and three were in the right hand equipment bay R13. Note that the presentation states these are early-generation reproductions: The film strips applied were produced by NASA's photographic services shortly after the mission in 1969, but are not the original flown film strips. |

That is interesting, I've seen them listed as flown in places. Are all of the slides listed on the site unflown, early reproductions? |

All of the original flown film (exposed, full frames) from Apollo remains the property of the U.S. government and is held in permanent cold storage. |
