The Apollo 11 Consolidated Apollo Spacecraft Hardware Utilization Request (CASHUR) is available for download via my website.

The document is intended to reflect initial post flight disposition instructions for items removed from Columbia. The list was generated several weeks prior to launch and therefore does not include articles that may have been subsequently identified for removal/examination as a result of inflight anomoly (separate ASHUR numbers were issued for those).
