Were there two Apollo command module tunnel hatches, i.e. the forward tunnel hatch with docking ring and probe assembly (I can find info on this) and a inner crew compartment aft tunnel hatch?

I can find a photo of Mike Collins in a trainer reaching up to a hatch, but no drawings of that hatch so close to the crew compartment.

There was only a single forward hatch, at the 'top' of the tunnel that linked to the LM. Check out the diagram at the "080:13:13" time line.
