Most of my hardware has come via several other obsessed hardware types who are also on cS. When we learn of something on the market, we help one another out. Sometimes, interesting things pop up on eBay. Another source are surplus dealers located near the prime contractors that you can spend an aftenoon checking out.

I usually have several "spares" of a few items which can be traded as well.
