I recently purchased this on eBay from a seller in China. I have searched but I have not found another or any information on it. Also not sure if you would consider this a medal or paperweight. Any info would be appreciated.

According to Winco, this one-sided piece was created for an upcoming Apollo 11 50th anniversary frame set.
