Noted numerous U.S. coins at auction from the Armstrong Family Collection. Any idea who was/were the collector/s among the family members?

I think they were Stephen Armstrong's (Neil's dad), but Rick Armstrong frequents collectSPACE and can clarify who the coin collector(s) was/were.
