CAP (Communicating Astronomy with the Pulbic) Journal no. 17 is available online, a free magazine published by the IAU (International Astronomical Union).

I would like to point out my article on page 8 which shows a comparison between NASA's prediction of a red surface on Pluto and Dutch space artist Ed Hengeveld's impression of Pluto and Charon.
