I have the Who's Who in Space: the International Space Station edition of this book (1999) by Michael Cassutt.As it's now 11 years old, I wonder are there any plans for an updated edition? |

Five years ago I contacted Michael as I was writing the last chapter in the British Interplanetary Society's second book on the International Space Station.The chapter is an "ISS EVA-log" from December 1998 to 2006 and it has all individual portraits of each astronaut who conducted an EVA to construct the ISS. The portraits show the astronauts and cosmonauts in white EVA suits so it's a great collection of those images and a very good book to get it signed. I also started to collect individual portraits of the new taikonauts (China) and suggested my help to Michael in working towards an updated version of the excellent "Who's Who in Space," a book for which there's surely a market but I guess we'll have to convince the publishers.  |

Although outdated, I have one of the versions along with the NASA manned spaceflight guide 1961-2006 (forget the exact title) for reference purposes. You can pick up a copy of Who's Who on eBay relatively inexpensively. |

I, also, have the 1993 edition of Michael's book. It is very nicely done and infomative book. I just wish Michael would do an updated version for 2016? |

It would be fun, if exhausting. But I would need a publisher, and the traditional ref book folks are long gone. I continue to keep the files updated, however, and one of these days, when TV work and other commitments fade, might pursue an on-line edition. |

I have a copy of the 1987 edition. Every time astronauts paid a visit to Air Force Space Command in Colorado Springs, CO I had them sign my book. I ended up with a good number of autographs. |

A friend of mine does the same. His edition must be worth a fortune with the amount of autographs he has in it. Looking forward to an updated edition sometime hopefully? |
