Not that's there much demand for them, as opposed to "error" patches, but there are three versions of the STS-41B "Columbia" lithos: One with the verbage the crew is flying on Columbia (and the reverse noting it will be the seventh flight); one with the text blocked out and corrected to Challenger; one with the correct Challenger text.

In response to my question, Hoot Gibson said the crew was always scheduled to fly Challenger.

If so, how did the lithos come to be printed with them flying Columbia? That's the $64,000 question...
