I just acquired a program from the "Salute to Apollo 11" luncheon at the Rice Hotel. I purchased the item from my neighbor who received it as a gift from her uncle who was a NASA employee. The program is signed my Armstrong, Collins, Aldrin, McDivitt, and Stafford.

If you haven't already you might want to take a look at my 8/12/2014 post where an Archive.org video is linked. I've since found the menu-signing portion of the video referenced is available without timestamp info (and presumably without watermark if purchased) here and here.
