gliderpilotuk Member Posts: 3398 From: London, UK Registered: Feb 2002	posted 07-11-2010 11:08 AM Just read that a company called Century 21 Films has as one of its projects "Apollo8: The Mission" a "live action" movie planned with Ioan Gruffud (Fantastic Four). No indication of release date.
Blackarrow Member Posts: 3118 From: Belfast, United Kingdom Registered: Feb 2002	posted 07-12-2010 10:21 AM Isn't this the one where the CSM fails to detach from the LM adaptor, but Frank "Mr Fantastic" Borman saves the day by stretching down and separating the spacecraft by hand? It later emerges that there is actually a fourth crew member who managed to board the spacecraft unnoticed and doesn't appear on any of the TV broadcasts, but makes history by taking the famous "Earthrise" photo.
