CNN's Piers Morgan had Tom Hanks on as a guest and asked him, if he had just three hours to live, what movie would he make again?
I would have to say, I would probably say 'Apollo 13.'

As you know, you develop an ensemble and it sticks for three or four months, but Kevin Bacon, Bill Paxton and I in that little, cold capsule talking to Ronny Howard on our radio, that was about as pleasant a time as I can imagine.

I'm not surprised... "Apollo 13" and "From the Earth to the Moon" were clearly passion projects for Hanks.

In the meantime, I couldn't be more excited about his and Spielberg's next collaboration.

I thought Tom Hanks was working on a Major Matt Mason film.

He is, but with Robert Zemeckis rather than Spielberg.

All times are CT (US)
