Soichi Noguchi released his autobiography "Only One" in Japan yesterday:

Japanese astronaut publishes memoirs of career in space (Mainichi Daily News)

The publisher is Shinchosha. Here is their page (in Japanese) devoted to the book. I am writing the company to learn if an English version is planned.

Amazon.co.jp also has it listed.
