Brought the car in for service today. Sat down and waited and had my choice of several year old magazines. The only magazine that was current was the April issue of Field and Stream.
Start leafing through the pages and read an interview with a 91 year old man who worked at the Winchester rifle factory in New Haven, CT his entire life making rifle barrels. He said the highlights of his career were when celebrities came to have custom stocks made for them. He mentioned three names: Roy Rogers, Ted Williams and Walt Cunningham.
I almost spilled my coffee into my lap.

Which means... always be VERY nice to Walt when you see him... he might be packing heat!

I mailed the page to Walt and wrote a note to him that he's still big with the over 90 crowd.
I'm sure I'll now be fired as his webmaster
