Does anyone know if Jim Irwin's book came with a pre-printed signature with the half moon and Apollo 15? I saw someone looking at a library bound ( you know..not the original cover, but that light blue hardcover thing ) and it had a signature on the first title page.. but I didn't get a good look at the sig. When he returns it I may need to take it out for myself!!

Sounds like a copy of the book inscribed by Jim Irwin. I have two copies of the book (both first editions I think). There is no signature, crescent Moon symbol or Apollo 15 insignia in one copy. The other has a personal inscription, signed by Jim Irwin, with the crescent Moon and "Apollo 15." I found this copy in a second-hand book-shop for £20 (around $36) together with one of Jim Irwin's "High Flight" business cards as a bonus.
