Looks like there's a new book out next week about the US's first astronaut.

Light This Candle : The Life and Times of Alan Shepard--America's First Spaceman.

Don't have any other info other than what is available on Amazon.

I pre-ordered this book from Amazon.com a month or two ago. The e-mail that I got at that time said the book was expected to ship on the 24th of March and arrive a few days later.
