I just got back my Black Star in Orbit book and it is signed by almost every African American who flew in space or will except for Ronald McNair. The problem is that the binder has come off the book. The pages are still intact. The cardboard cover and back are still attached to each other. Any suggestions as to how I can fix it? Anyone willing to trade a signed photo to fix it for me?
The autographs inside are still in great condition so i want to save the book.

Hi Brian, I had the same problem with a large atlas of mine. I simply took it to a bookbinder, and for about $50 they rebound the book. While mine needed a new cover they can usually reuse the old one. I've tried to repair books myself, the results were OK but not great. Jurg
