Does anyone know where the autographs of Yang Liwei and his colleagues can be obtained? Are they responsive through the mail? |

From what I know no successful mail requests have been reported so far.I know that some Austrian members and Robert Pearlman have met Yang Liwei already - other than that there are a couple dealers out there that sell his autograph obtained through other Chinese sources. |

To my knowledge, no through the mail successes have been reported thus far. There are autographed photos and covers from Yang as well as the two backups Nie and Zhai as of the entire 14 head strong taikonaut corps being sold on the market. Those are obtained from the taikonauts from well placed collectors within the Chinese space world. |

I met Yang Liwei at the International Astronautics Congress in Vancouver last week. He was "on display" - sitting on the panel but was not allowed to talk. Several people (very few!) got a chance of getting his autograph, as it was NOT an event when he was sit at the table and do all the signing.I printed a picture of him (downloaded from the net) and got it signed with a silver inked pen. It is very nice, and from what I see here quite rare. |

No, autographs through the mail are not really an option with taikonauts. I have not heard from any genuine through the mail reply.Having said that, known autographs of Yang Liwei and other taikonauts were obtained - by meeting him/them in person
- from Chinese sellers/collectors close to the military/space world
- in rare cases, through the Chinese Embassy in some capital cities.

How about just official photos without any autograph? |

Xinhua News Agency, paying their fees.Otherwise: use Google's image search function to find middle or high resolution imagery. Spacefacts.de has medium resolution image files of most spacefarers, Chinese or others. |

The XXVI Planetary Congress poster has the signature of Liu Boming of Shenzhou 7, while the XXIII Planetary Congress has that of Fei Junlong of Shenzhou 6 and Yang Liwei of Shenzhou 5. (Additionally, the latter poster also has the signature of Toyohiro Akiyama....) |
