I met Curt Brown today at the Go Boldly Expo in St. Paul, MN. He was very friendly and approachable, and was nice enough to take a photo with my daughter and me. I didn't know he would be at the expo, so not having anything for him to sign, I found a piece of cardboard that he signed very boldly along with a notation of all six of his shuttle flights. I should be able to cut it and frame it along with the photo. It was a very good experience. |

That's great to hear! I was going through some of my photos and found the Curt Brown photo I had autographed when I was a kid (in 1988/1989). He responded to my letter and wrote a great inscription.Growing up in Minnesota we didn't have the events that you had the opportunity to attend. The other drawback was living in the northern part of the state. | |
