I wish to send some photographs (8/10) to Russia, from the US, and wondered where I might buy stamps (Russian) to prestamp the return envelope (hopefully from a local US business). Also what amount of postage is needed for 1 or for 2 photos to be mailed back (a guestament) to the US. Thanks Roger

The easier way to do this is (or at least was several years ago) to purchase "International Postal Reply" coupons at your local post office and enclose them with your self addressed return envelope. These were good for return postage from whatever country the receiver was in.

Since the last time I used them, have heard some stories about people trying to buy them from postal clerks who had never heard of them, so they may have gone by the wayside. Worth checking with the post office though.
