My personal opinion is that it is authentic.
He states it is in mint condition. It should go for a lot.
I notice he mentions it comes from Germany. Just goes to show there are lots of authentic autographs coming out of Germany and England. This item does not remotely resemble the suspect style. Apples and oranges. Anyone who doesn't bid on this merely because it comes from Germany will only be doing a favor for the eventual winner by keeping the bid price lower.

Wow! There seem to be a lot of very knowledgeable people here who seem to be able to spot a good from bad signature with some authority. I was lucky enough to have gotten Neil's autograph on a photo a couple of decades ago (how time flies!) along with a few of my other astro-heroes.
I've recently decided to make an attempt at completing my colection of moonwalker signed photos and may call on some of your expertise.
