If you are passing through Chicago or live in the area, you must make time to stop by the Adler Planetarium. Not only will you be delighted by their amazing "Shoot for the Moon" exhibit (with lots of Lovell donated flown artifacts, and the Gemini 12 capsule on display), but also the wonderful display of their Chesley Bonestell original painting collection.

A little over a year ago, I was honored to get a behind the scenes tour at the museum, and saw a number of the paintings firsthand. Absolutely incredible. And thrilled to now see them on exhibit for all to enjoy.

All times are CT (US)
