This particular beauty sits in front of the Neil Armstrong Museum in Wapakoneta, Ohio. Inside are three seats, and a detailed mockup of the control panel. With this in mind, could this be one of the original Apollo boilerplates? |

According to A Field Guide to American Spacecraft, it is a model. This item might be more appropriately placed as a boilerplate, although outside details are more similar to models. Window placement is correct, although the hatch is too small for the production vehicle. |
