This particular beauty sits in front of the Neil Armstrong Museum in Wapakoneta, Ohio. Inside are three seats, and a detailed mockup of the control panel.

With this in mind, could this be one of the original Apollo boilerplates?

According to A Field Guide to American Spacecraft, it is a model.
This item might be more appropriately placed as a boilerplate, although outside details are more similar to models. Window placement is correct, although the hatch is too small for the production vehicle.
