At the start of my drive home from the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation's show last weekend, I stopped by the Space Walk of Fame Museum in Titusville. If you haven't been there, I highly recommend a visit. It's free, and you will get to see some unique mementos of the space program - as well as some items that you might already have in your collection.I couldn't resist the urge to make a few anaglyphs (3D photos) of some of the shuttle models on display. The RSS, tower, crawler, and Shuttle on the pad are all part of a large model that was constructed to check the fit and interface of the various components of the Shuttle and GSE before the Shuttle was built. Click on the images below to open bigger versions of the pictures. You'll need red-blue glasses to see the images properly. I had to convert the pictures to grayscale, as there were a LOT of red-painted trusses and components that totally screw up a red-blue anaglyph. Enjoy!
