Is it worth it to see an Orbital Sciences launch from NASA's Wallops Flight Facility?

Suggestions about travel to and from Norfolk?

If it's worth it is largely up to you.

Driving from Norfolk is a little under two hours plus a big toll (I think about $15) for the 14 mile long Bay Bridge-Tunnel. I've been for one launch already and there's plenty of good views and crowds aren't bad, especially for weekday launches.

I watched from the causeway between Chincoteague Island and the Wildlife Refuge. On satellite views it looks bad but all that "ground" you're looking across is actually marshland with grasses only a few inches tall. The pad is visible from there.

All times are CT (US)
