I'm searching for detailed references about Orion capsule, where can I find them?

I mean measurements, crew compartment configuration, cockpit configuration and similar things, for a build project.

Details such as you seek may not be in the public domain, in part due to proprietary claims by Lockheed Martin and in part due to ITAR concerns by the U.S. State Department.

You could try contacting the Lockheed representatives listed on this website to see what details may be available.

I was thinking the same thing, after I opened the thread.

The best thing would be being able to build at least an empty shell, which looks like the real hardware only in the exterior, that would be more than enough to give an idea on the real hardware.

Thank you for your answer.

Additionally, I don't think the configuration of the interior has been decided.

So the best thing to do is to build an empty shell, to show how Orion will look in her exterior finish.

GumDrop86 is a member of Casper Team. We are planning the construction of an Orion mokup.

We have the external dimensions and many images of various configurations. If anyone has useful information for the reconstruction will be invaluable.
