I am in the process of writing a book about the men and women who were a part of the Apollo Lunar Module. I am looking for anyone who worked at Bethpage, Kennedy Space Center, Houston, White Sands and any other of the facilities that were involved in the design, construction, testing, shipping, preparing for launch, mission support and any other aspect I have failed to mention. These American heroes are from the Greatest Generation and being able to memorialize their stories and memories is, in my opinion, a part of American history. Many of these folks have unfortunately passed away and so if you are a child or grandchild of one of these Grummies (Grumman workers) and have stories told by your father or grandfather, please let me know. My goal is to try and put as many of these stories all together in one place. I can’t at this time mention names, however I have support from several people in the space industry who you would recognize and have agreed to participate in the endeavor. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. |

I hope you are successful as I would definitely want a copy of your book to read. |

Have you come across the Grumman LM stories publication that was done several years ago? I have a copy and I recall there are numerous names in there. | |
