Going through photos, and found this, which includes as a description:
Following the landing of mission STS-105, from left, Mission Specialist Daniel Barry, Commander Scott "Doc" Horowitz, and Pilot Frederick "Rick" Sturckow give a thumbs up in front of Space Shuttle Discovery...
But why is Barry wearing an STS-98 patch?

I asked Barry about this last night when I saw him, and he said he's wearing the class patch. It may be my eyes, but that doesn't look like either of the two designs for Group 14.

I agree that it looks like Dan is wearing an STS-98 patch.

The suit he is wearing is a different one than he wore pre-flight. That suit had the STS-105 and Mach 25 patches.

Maybe, for some reason, he was given Mark Polansky's STS-98 suit to wear and they swapped the name tags.

He was wearing the STS-105 patch the next day at the crew ceremony in Houston.

No, it's definitely the STS-98 flight crew patch.

Wish I had seen that photo with a clearer look that it is the STS-98 patch because I would have printed it out to show him!

That would then beg the question, how did he get Polansky's suit? Considering Polansky flew twice after 98, I would think he would have kept his suit unless some poor JSC dry cleaner got them mixed up...
