Col. Emil E. "Jack" Kluever celebrates his 80th birthday today.
During his outstanding career he flew more than 70 different aircraft and helicopters including several experimental prototypes as XV-3, XV-14, XH-51, XROE-1, YHS-5 and also LLRV during his assigment to NASA.
He was later Cheyenne Project Manager and was on board during the first flight of Lockheed AH-56A Cheyenne.
