Claudie Haigneré's last rise on the career ladder proved to end as a fiery ride on the ejection seat:
As a Deputy Minister for European Affairs, Haigneré was obviously one of the first to be fired after the lost referendum on the European Draft Constitution last Sunday. She is no longer represented in the cabinet of the new incoming Prime Minister de Villepin.

No new address is yet known for her, obviously .....
