It was a pleasure meeting Jerry today. I hope he enjoys the patches as much as I will enjoy his book. |

Will you be doing any book signings in Lake Country, Indiana? I am located in Schererville just next to your hometown of Crown Point and would like to get a signed copy of your book. |

Mr. Ross is scheduled for a book signing at the downtown DC National Air and Space Museum, Jan. 31, 2013 between 11:00 and 1:30. Be sure to check the NASM website as the date nears to ensure there aren't any changes to this schedule. |

Do you think I'd be able to order one direct from there? |

I added this to Sightings this past weekend...The Museum of Flight in Seattle will be hosting Jerry Ross for two days, during which he will take part in a dinner (tickets include a signed copy of "Spacewalker") and a public lecture and book signing. |

Hi Jerry. Do you have any North Carolina stops on your book signing tour? Durham would be good! Come on down! — Jeff |

Col Ross - How about stopping at the National Museum of the US Air Force here in Dayton for a book signing? It's not too far from your Indiana stops and it's obviously highly relevant for both your military and NASA career. Maybe you could even get on the docket for a lecture. |

The sightings calendar indicates Col. Ross will be signing his new book in New York on Jan. 31. Col. Ross said he will be in New York on Feb. 1.Is the sightings calendar incorrect? Thank you. |

A press release went out yesterday announcing the book signing at the Intrepid on the evening of Jan. 31, but also mentions Ross will be there (for media interviews) on Feb. 1, so a second book signing may be scheduled but not yet announced by the Intrepid or the publisher. |

He'll probably have a bad case of writer's cramp, as he's also scheduled for the morning of the 31st at the National Air and Space Museum. |

Per the Intrepid, the book signing on Jan. 31 is the only event open to the public. The appearance on Feb. 1 is for invited schools only. |

I just loaded a pretty complete list of my upcoming book signings on my author's page on Amazon in the book section. My firs one will be at the Barnes and Noble on Bay Area Drive in Webster on January 26th, starting at 3 pm. |

I would live to do that some time. It would be great to get back to Wright-Pat and to visit the museum again!

If it works out that you can do a signing at the Museum, would you be interested in visiting your old haunt at the labs (we don't do much ramjet stuff anymore, but our X-51 is pretty cool)? I'm the historian for the labs here and specialize in the propulsion stuff, so I'm sure we could arrange something from a tour to a speaking opportunity for current "labbies." let me know and we can discuss offline. |

I'd love to get some autographed books as well; as a pediatrician I've got several folks for whom I'd like to have books inscribed if you'd be willing to privately contact me by email [I'd keep your information as confidential as that of my patients] for a one-time book mailing to you]. Regardless, I'm looking forward to your book! |

I just called the Barnes and Noble in Valpariso, IN. According to the person I spoke with, Jerry Ross is not doing a 9:00am booksigning on Feb. 2 that's listed in sightings, just the 5:00pm. If someone knows otherwise, please share. A 9:00am signing would be better for my schedule that day. |

The 9 a.m. event as it was listed on Sightings was not a book signing, but rather an appearance at the Challenger Learning Center of Northwest Indiana Bookfair (as earlier it was indicated online that Ross would participate). The bookfair information has since been clarified to reflect Ross' involvement is only during the 5 p.m. signing, and thus the morning event has been removed from Sightings. |

Wow, Jerry Ross is going to be in the Lowell/Crown Point Indiana area! I live near Kankakee IL, so I can actually get to either of those towns easily. I just ordered his book and look forward to meeting him. I will have to check the weather (no snow in 327 days -- well no more than an inch)but I will try to get to Lowell as it is a little closer. Looking forward to meeting Jerry |

"WE" are counting of NICE weather that weekend here in Northern Indiana! This is a tremendous opportunity to see/meet Col. Ross in my mind! Seeing the excitement here just about cinches where I want to be!So "c'mon on down" c'mon over (from Kankakee) and let's have a GREAT space day, even if it will be early evening! Valpo, by the way, has a nice display in its town hall, but I doubt you will be able to get to it on Saturday. And that "shopping area" is accessible for any number of directions you'all might be coming from. (Lots of good places to eat too!) |

Just ordered my copy of the book for a signing coming up in early February. He will be in Valpariso, Indiana which is just 1/2 hour from me. I hope to be able to read the book before the signing. That is Jerry Ross I am talking about. |

I am headed down to Jerry Ross' book signing at The National Air and Space Museum in the morning. I have a National Air and Space Museum print I would like him to sign. I purchased it there and have collected about 25 signatures on it. Would it be appropriate to ask him to sign this in addition to three books? Any past experiences shared would be appreciated. |

If you don't ask, the answer is no. I would think asking for his signature on a print like this would be fine since you are buying his books. He can say no if he prefers not to. |
