Regency-Superior proudly presents its 2014 Space & Collectibles Public Auction held live online beginning at 11 a.m. (Central Time) on Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2014 at our St. Louis gallery.

All viewing for Space and Collectibles will take place in St. Louis. This auction will have both live floor bidding and live online bidding, as well as bids executed by telephone, agent and mail. This will also be the first sale where California bidders will not have to pay sales tax!

Over the years we've been fortunate to handle some of the best items found in space and aviation history. This sale is no different, with 300 interesting lots of space and aviation memorabilia.

Hardware seems to be of increasing interest in our auctions. Several standout items include: a 1940s Allison J35-A33 jet engine (Lot 8, $40,000 estimate), an XLR-11 rocket engine (Lot 28, $20,000 estimate), an XLR-99 rocket engine (Lot 29, $35,000 estimate), and an early Soviet Surface-to-Air rocket engine (Lot 36, $10,000 estimate).

Or maybe you'd prefer a spacesuit. We have one of those as well.

Lot 83 is a great-looking U.S. 'SILK' flag carried to the moon by Buzz Aldrin on the first manned lunar landing mission estimated $4,000-$6,000.

If you prefer your space collectibles to be a bit more flashy, you may wish to take a look at Lot 177, 10k gold flown Robbins medal, one of only three in existence. It's estimated at $2,000-$3,000.

Viewing and bidding are available 24/7 at RegencySuperior.com.

For specific questions regarding this auction, please contact Alan Lipkin at alipkin@RegencySuperior.com. Please review our Terms of Sale to learn more about bidding in our auction. Or, visit our New Users Area for more details.

All times are CT (US)
