Regency-Superior release
quote:
Regency-Superior, Ltd. of St. Louis, MO and Beverly Hills, CA announces that Michael Orenstein has resigned his position as Space Memorabilia Consultant with the company.

Mr. Orenstein joined Regency-Superior last year, and helped produce the finest space memorabilia catalog and auction in the history of the hobby. He can be credited with founding and developing the hobby into the new and growing field it has become. His early efforts with Superior Galleries, beginning in 1993 began the formal collecting of space memorabilia, expanding to two major auctions per year until he retired a few years ago to try his hand with another company.

His return to Regency-Superior last year helped to revive the space excitement at the company, and return it to the forefront of this great collecting area. Regency-Superior has been in the auction business since 1929, specializing in old rare postage stamps, coins, space and sports memorabilia.

Regency-Superior is in the midst of preparing for their next space memorabilia auction scheduled for this coming October. Lots of great material is already in-hand, and more is on its way. Alan Lipkin, Senior Vice President and Nicole Browne, account executive will head the Space Department, and will be expanding this division. Anyone who is interested in applying for a position in the Space department at Regency-Superior Auctions is encouraged to contact Alan Lipkin at (310) 553-5475 or alipkin@RegencySuperior.com.

Regency-Superior wishes Mr. Orenstein all the best in his future endeavors. The great tradition begun by Michael will continue here well into the future.
